Seven Areas of Support
Our objective is to keep technical requirements, site conditions, documentation and execution aligned so the installed joint can perform as intended.
- Application and design review
- Review of dimensions, movement, pressure, temperature, medium, connections, restraints and documentation requirements.
- Engineered supply
- Coordination of the suitable joint configuration, materials, drawings, certificates, inspection scope and delivery.
- Pre-installation review
- Verification of available anchor and guide information, alignment, movement allowance and critical installation dimensions.
- Installation and replacement
- Controlled removal and installation support, including connection sequence, cold-setting requirements and restraint adjustment.
- Testing and commissioning
- Visual and alignment inspection, leak-check support, start-up observation and post-installation documentation as agreed.
- Shutdown and replacement support
- Dimensional matching using drawings, field data, photographs, nameplates or sample inspection where feasible.
- Lifecycle coordination
- Technical clarification, logistics, handover records and after-sales follow-up for local and selected regional projects.

Our Working Process
- 01 Share the available information Send the data sheet, drawing, dimensions, photographs and service conditions.
- 02 Engineering review We identify missing information, clarify the duty and coordinate the appropriate product route.
- 03 Technical and commercial proposal The scope, assumptions, documents, testing and execution basis are stated.
- 04 Drawing and document review Required submissions are coordinated for customer review before manufacture where applicable.
- 05 Supply and site preparation Inspection, packing, delivery planning and pre-installation checks follow the agreed scope.
- 06 Installation and handover Site works, commissioning support and completion records are coordinated as applicable.
